MN,FG is being published by the University of Wisconsin Press in the United States and, once the deal goes through, another academic publisher based in Southeast Asia that will cover the Asian, Australian, and NZ markets.

The Wisconsin edition (for sale everywhere else) is scheduled to be released October 22, 2008.
